Ingredients


  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 1/2 egg substitute
  • 1/2 cup (125g) plain nonfat yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (56ml) water (or per package recipe)

Method


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).
  2. Mix all ingredients and place in a 13"x9" pan prepared with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
  4. Cool and cut into 18 pieces.
