Spinach Cheese Balls

Ingredients


  • 10 oz. (283g) package frozen, chopped spinach, thaw and drain well
  • 1/2 cup egg substitute or 3 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup (70g) bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup (35g) Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup (40g) onion, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Method


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).
  2. Combine all ingredients and stir to mix.
  3. Shape into 18 one inch balls. Place on non-greased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with honey mustard or another favorite dipping sauce (not included in analysis).
