Ingredients


  • 10-12 oz. (283-340g) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thaw and drain well
  • 4 egg whites
  • 16 oz. (450g) nonfat cottage cheese
  • 16 oz. (450g) 2% low-fat cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese, shredded*
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • black pepper, to taste

Method


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).
  2. Mix all ingredients together and place in an 8”x8” baking pan prepared with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Bake for 35-45 minutes (until knife comes out clean).
  4. Cool 10 minutes.
