Ingredients


  • 1 loaf French bread (sliced into 12 slices)
  • 1 cucumber (sliced into 12 discs), can leave peel on if desired, make sure to wash first
  • 8 oz. (226g) brick of fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup (70g) fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1 package dry ranch dressing
  • Optional:salt, pepper, to taste.
  • Dill for garnish

Method


  1. Combine cream cheese, fat-free Greek yogurt and dry package ranch dressing until creamy.
  2. Spread approximately 1½-2 tbsp. cream cheese mixture on a slice of French bread, place 1 cucumber disc on top.
  3. Refrigerate in covered container at least one hour before serving.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired.
  5. Garnish with dill as desired.
