Ingredients


  • 1⅓ cups (187g) white flour
  • 1 container (usually about 5.3 oz)(150g) Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Method


  1. Mix flour, Greek yogurt, and oil together until crumbly.
  2. Add cold water and stir until mixed (do not overmix).
  3. Knead dough 6-8 times.
  4. Roll out on floured surface to fit pie pan.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon on rolled-out dough.
  6. Bake at 425°F (218°C) for 15-20 minutes.
