Ingredients


  • 2 large ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 packages of instant sugar free, fat free vanilla pudding (1 ounce (28g) box)
  • 3 cups (710ml) of fat-free milk
  • 4 oz (113g) of fat-free whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup (113g) of fat-free sour cream/fat free greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (50g) of no-calorie sweetener
  • 30 reduced-fat vanilla wafer

Method


  1. Empty both packages of powdered pudding into a mixing bowl and mix with 3 cups (710ml) of cold milk. Let cool and set in the refrigerator until thickened.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix whipped topping, fat-free sour cream/fat free greek yogurt and sweetener.
  3. Take a casserole dish or clear bowl and layer ingredients: start with 10 wafers, sliced bananas, pudding and repeat. Then top with whipped cream mixture topping.
