Ingredients


  • 5 cups (875g) apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2/3 cup (93g) rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup (47g) flour
  • 2/3 cup (113g) brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 tablespoons honey

Method


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C) and spray 8 x 8 inch pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Add apples to prepared pan.
  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle over apples and bake for 30-35 minutes.
