Ingredients


  • 1lbs (16oz) (or more) peeled, deveined, extra-large shrimp (26-30 count)
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup (75ml) reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup (85g) honey
  • 3/4 cup (169ml) water
  • Splash of lemon or orange juice
  • Pepper to taste

Method


  1. Mix ingredients and pour over peeled and deveined shrimp on skewers. If using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in water first.
  2. Marinade shrimp for 1/2 hour and then grill.
  3. Enjoy!
