Ingredients


  • 1 pound rotini pasta, cooked
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp, 31-35 count
  • 1 – 10 ounce (283g) package frozen peas, thawed and drained
  • 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup (225g) celery, chopped
  • 1/3 cup (50g) green onions/spring onions, chopped
  • 1 cup (250g) fat free Ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning (or your favorite seasoned salt)
  • 1 cup (75g) lettuce, torn into pieces

Method


  1. In a large bowl, combine rotini, shrimp, peas, tomato, celery and green onions/spring onions.
  2. In a small bowl, blend salad dressing, horseradish, and Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning.
  3. Add dressing mixture to salad; toss to coat.
  4. Cover and chill thoroughly.
  5. Add lettuce before serving.
