Ingredients


  • 1 lb. (16oz) Top round beef, trimmed of all visible fat
  • 1/4 cup (56ml) Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/8 cup (28ml) Orange juice
  • 1/4 cup (56ml) Water
  • Pepper to taste

Method


  1. Whisk ingredients together.
  2. Tenderize meat by piercing with a fork several times.
  3. Pour marinade over meat and let sit for 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Cook meat to desired doneness using meat thermometer.
  5. As a suggestion, use cooking spray to saute sliced onions and sliced roasted red peppers (in jar in brine no oil). Spoon over sliced steak when serving.
